Hoi An Hotel is located at 10 Trần Hưng Đạo, Minh An, tp. Hội An, Hoi An, Vietnam
Hoi An historic hotel is near the old town. We spent 4 great nights here.
Attraction tickets in Hoi An cost 120k ($6) and allow you to see 6 sites of your choosing . Since Hoi An is a very walkable city and motorized transport is restricted in some historic areas, be sure to bring comfortable shoes.
The best way to get around Hoi An is by putting your own feet to the pavement and walking around this charming old town. Hoi An is incredibly small and you can get from one side to the other in about fifteen minutes
If you’re really feeling adventurous, Hoi An Food Tour is your right choice. Eat at the best local street food stalls and discover hard-to-find gems that most tourists would miss
We did the tour after relaxing in the hotel. My friends told that we should do this tour on first day in Hoi An and we never regret :)
My boy friend has gluten free, we did provide his dietary requirement, they had well-prepared for us.
Light lunch or nothing will be great idea before the tour, we had a lot of food on food tour.
Keep balance on motorbike, the traffic in Hoi An is not crazy as Ho Chi minh city or Hanoi. It's great for travelling by motorbike. Don't be afraid!
The tour includes a visiting the oldest pagoda in Hoi an, i did not visit inside the main space because of short dress, you should wear formal clothes if you are willing to discover more history and culture there.
Hoi An, an old town in Vietnam, is indeed so small in size that we can explored the whole town on foot. Although Hoi An has a reputation as a town turning light off early, the Night Life in Hoi An is quite energizing. With many beautiful and interesting spots at night, Hoi An greets its visitors in
After food tour, we walked around the old town. Amazing time we had :)
We took a small boat on the river to release paper lanterns. It was great. The price was just 4 usd for us. And the paper lantern is 5,000 vnd.
The old town is normally crowded at night because many people come there. Be aware of the pickpockets
There are plenty of restaurants and bars here. The bars normally close at 0.00-1.00 am.

This tour is a must-see for those who are interested in architecture and ancient civilizations.
It takes 1 hour from Hoi An to My Son. Many travel agents provide half day tour in morning to visit there. We could not get up early (they provide a sunrise tour at 5am), so we took a normally My son bus-bus tour at 8.00 am with 5 usd/ person.
A knowledgeable guide can make all the difference to your experience and understanding of this site.
Don't use the bathrooms at the first ticket area, use the bathrooms once you're inside the grounds.
To be honest, i loved this place but the heat in summer is nightmare :(( So, taking a sunrise tour will avoid the heat in summer.
Ensure to take insect spray, sun tan lotion and plenty of water but there are shops there.
The skillful tailors of Hoi An are well-known throughout the world. There are many choices here for shopping. With deft fingers and a keen eye, they’re known by many as master craftsmen, able to copy any design they see.
Do the tailor soon that we can have enough time to make sure everything great.
My silly thing was not be prepared is to know in advance what i want to have made. Although they have computers, books..but i had much time to choose design.
There are many tailor shops around Hoi An. The cheapest ones are near the market. We got tailor at Bebe shop on Hoang Dieu st.
If you have more time, you can walk around the cloth market and the town to find out what you need. Or you can do research on internet or your friends's recommendation.
The staffs are happy to fix and make us sastisfy. Do not worry to ask them any favor.

Tra Que is a charming little village on the edge of Hoi An, the village is named after the sweet scented vegetables that spice up the every day meals of the Pho Hoi people. Experience a day of living and working with the local people in the Tra Que.
Around the village, the rice field and river are very beautiful.
It was a great way to discover the village, we could do farming works with farmers here.
we could listen to people talking about organic farming techniques and try their hand at actual farming. The farmers don’t use chemical or fertilisers but a kind of algae found only in a lagoon in Tra Que.
The beautifully laid out gardens with mixed beds of vegetables and tiny flowers are also attractive enough for a bicycle tour around
Taking some cooking lessons provided by tourism companies isn’t a bad idea either.
We did have dinner here- amazing food with friendly people
Hoi An night market has become a must - visit shopping place in Hoi An. Like many other night markets, this one is busy and full of local items.
The market is near the river bank, it's great idea to visit there.
The night markets are not to be missed, not so much for the market stalls but the beautiful lanterns around the ancient town and those being sold on the stalls.
In addition, on the river bank you can purchase candles in "boats" and float them down the river or you may choose to do so from one of the skiffs plying for trade
They line the street from sunset till 21:00 or 22:00, with the lantern stalls opening up slightly earlier at around 16:00. The best time to visit is as night falls and An Hoi becomes the island of a thousand lanterns.
