Reviews
Came here for their specialty, the noodles with shrimp eggs but were we ever impressed with the fried wontons! Just going to focus on the wontons here - they deserve to be singled out. Let me start by telling you that I love fried wontons and have eaten and made enough of them that I probably have wonton grease flowing through my arteries at this very moment. These wontons were to die for (figuratively but in my case, may become literally one day, as the previous sentence alludes to). Each wonton had 2-3 small shrimps as the filling, and the wonton wrap was like deep fried pieces of cloud - the dough was so light and disintegrated into rainbows and happiness in my mouth, like nothing I've encountered before. A must try, especially if you like fried wontons, or anything deep fried!!
