Why Witch House is special ?
Witch House really is Magic…The Gathering… Actually, it’s a little bit of everything. Witch House in Gong Guan area, is a live music spot, a cafe, a restaurant, and a shop selling imported board/card games such as Magic, Settlers of Catan, Game of Thrones and more. The best part is that you can stop in for a drink and play many of the games for free.
Because Witch House is more of a social scene than an actual dining area, they tend to offer a lot more appetizers and drinks than food. However, Witch House does have a nice range of pasta and rice dishes. The meals aren’t too pricey, and usually range from NT$180-220.
The drinks consist mostly of various types of tea and coffee, but they are well made and they even come with a cherry on top!
Witch House has acquired a very large range of imported strategy board and card games from around the world. Not only does the shop have a lot of games to play for free while you are enjoying your drink, but there are also hundreds of games for purchase as well. The games really are something unique, and offer an interesting way to spend some time with your friends. And when you are finished playing, you can stick around for the music.

Tips for you
You get board game, music, finger food and drinks!
I came here to play board games on a Sunday night. The first thing I noticed was that there were bras clasped to chairs at every table and that there are a lot of board games. I mean a lot. Like, the shelves are stacked full with them to where they reach the ceiling. The food options were a wide variety but many items were crossed off so that was kind of a bummer since I'm a lasagna lover but I ended up trying the Thai volcanic chicken thigh rice (sorry I forgot the full name of it) and it was really juicy and flavorful. I also got to try a bite of the pork cutlet which was fried to golden perfection. Their food is pretty legit, I had iced milk tea and although kind of on the sweet side, it's still decent. Highly recommend! And of course, no meal is complete without dessert so I naturally had to get something sweet. Since they were out of options, I had the peanut butter cake which was pretty dry but it tasted alright. The service was pretty good and they don't kick you out even though we've been sitting there for 3 hours :) Oh, it does get pretty rowdy (depending on the crowd) since some people can be cheering from an epic round of their game so, this is probably not a place to work ;) I enjoyed my stay at Witch House and will definitely swing by to check out band performances etc!
Great music!” We went on a Thursday with 印象樂團 performing - they were simply awesome! Cost was NT350 I think - quite worth it.
