Why Steam n' Spice is special ?
Steam ’n’ Spice, situated on the first floor of Sheraton Hotel Nha Trang, is a casual and comfortable alternative for those who want a quick meal or simply a taste of some of Asia’s favorite comfort food, dim sum and noodles. Large glass show kitchens featuring dim sum steamers, fresh noodle displays, and hanging roasted duck and pork all add to the enjoyable “hawker” feel of this up-market noodle “shop.”
Steam ’n’ Spice offers a bold and vibrant atmosphere in which to experience such signature dishes as Har Gau, Steamed BBQ Pork Buns, Xiao Mai and Custard Bun. All dishes will be served in the center of the table for guests to help themselves. The outstanding cuisine of Steam ’n’ Spice presented family style makes this dining experience easily approachable, and an excellent value for the price.
Must try dishes :
Straw Mushroom & Scallop Dumpling topped with Salmon Roe

Tips for you
If you're in Nha Trang and you feel a craving for Dim Sum you really don't have many options. Steam n Spice is a mid-range restaurant in the Sheraton hotel. Their Dim Sum are of good quality and while not exactly inexpensive, still quite affordable at 3-5$ a basket. They do, however, grossly overcharge on drinks, so beware. The ice tea is not on the house, just like everywhere else in Vietnam, they actually charge 3$ for it. Service and atmosphere are predictably good.
