Why Seabass is special ?
Covering a semi circular route, Sea Bass departs and lands at four major points along the bay including; Yamashita Park, Aka-Renga, Minato-Mirai and the Bay Quarter shopping center, just 5 minutes from Yokohama Station’s East Exit.
Having firmly established itself as one of the nation’s major port cities, it should come as no surprise to learn that Yokohama’s ever increasing list of interesting tourist attractions includes a sea bus service known as ‘Sea Bass’. Although this is not the fastest way to travel, the cool ocean breezes provide a relaxing escape from the harsh heat and humidity whilst providing some truly spectacular views of the port city.
How to get to Seabass?
Seabass depart from Yokohama Bay Quarter “about 500 meters from Yokohama Station's East Exit”, and stop at the Minato Mirai 21, the Pier Aka-Renga, before continuing on to Yamashita Park.

Tips for you
This is the water taxi that has 3 stops in Yokohama. We used it to get from Yamashita Park to Yokohama station. A nice little covered boat with open-air deck on the stern. For us it was a great way to see Yokohama for the last time. There are three stops, Yamashita, MM21 and Yokohama Station, about 35 minutes. The walk from the pier to Yokohama station is clearly marked, about 10 minutes. The hours in June 2014 were approx. 10:10am-6:15pm.
