Tips for you
Great ambiance! The food is quite expensive, but absolutely delicious and offers better value for money compared to many other Thai restaurants.
Whenever I am in MaleI I just HAVE to go to Sala Thai. I am addicted to the mango sticky rice! The restaurant is really near the airport taxi boat terminal and is a lovely old building which has been tastefully updated into a lovely peaceful oasis away from the bustle of Male. The Pad Thai is the best I have had anywhere and the king prawns were really huge and tasty. The Manager kindly advised me on the menu and organised a taxi when I was ready to leave. An excellent restaurant and one which I would recommend to anyone visiting Male.
