A favourite of ours over many years, mostly for the (free) ferry trip out to Lamma Island. The food is probably no better than many seafood restaurants, but service is good and the menu choice is very varied. We had the set menu for 2 which included some delicious prawns, a large scallop each, (in its shell) and excellent lobster. Wine is reasonably priced, or BYO with a HKD50 corkage, HKD100 for sparkling wine or spirits. Advance booking is necessary, they speak good English. You will be met at the quayside and be given free tickets for the outbound trip - about 25 minutes around the end of HK Island to Lamma. Check the ferry times and don't be late! And for dinner, don't plan to arrive too late - the last return ferry should be at 22.30 but if it's not busy they will change it to 22.00. Return tickets arrive when you pay your bill at the restaurant. Excellent value if you count the free ferry ride.

There are now 2 main locations with a group of sitting area near the pier, and another one near the temple. It can be quiet or loud depending were you sit. Honey & pepper scampi were excellent !
