Tips for you
I have lived in Yokohama some two and a half years, but sadly I must leave on September 2. Yokohama is a truly fine city with 'a big village ' feel. There are so many things to do and see here, fine parks, wonderful train (JR line) and subway systems along with good buses. It is clean here, safe and I have never witnessed any acts of untoward behaviour during my time here. Children can be children, some ladies of all ages wear kimonos on the weekend and on special occasions it is a joy to see so many ladies embrace the Japanese culture.Sometimes you see guys wearing the male equivalent. The choice of places to eat is outstanding with someting to suit all tastes.A city to be truly proud of! A real credit to Japan.Chinatown is outstanding I will miss Yokohama, like I have never missed anywhere before. Thank you Yokohama for some great times and indelible memories!
