What to explore at Osaka 1 Day Private Tour?

Start your day at Osaka Castle, which was originally established in the 16th century by one of the greatest samurai, Hideyoshi Toyotomi. Destroyed by fires many times, the present donjon was restored in 1931. From the top of eight-story castle, a majestic view of Osaka city can be enjoyed.  Also, a tea room covered with gold leaf  can be seen here, representing Hideyoshi’s prosperity and wealth.

Enjoy boat cruise, viewing the town of Osaka.

You will see modern skyscrapers and historical Osaka castle.

Visit a kitchen utensil street lined with specialty stores for food industry, displaying a variety of professional items such as Japanese knives, pans, glass wares, traditional porcelain wares and plastic food samples.  Afterwards, visit Kuromon ichiba largest food market in Osaka loved by locals. You will see people working livel.

For lunch and snack, try Okonomiyaki grilled on a hot plate, or Takoyaki octopus ball, which are the most popular delicacies established in Osaka. Or, if you prefer high-end restaurants, Kobe beef teppanyaki, Osaka-style sushi can be recommended. 

Walk around Dotonbori district crammed with a number of restaurants and amusement facilities (karaoke bars, pachinko parlors etc.), located alongside Dotonbori canal.  Neon lights and big signs are symbol of the town.  Also, you will be escorted to Hozen-ji alley with old-style Japanese bars and a local small temple. 

*As for lunch, the guide will recommend a nice restaurant depending on what you feel like eating this day.  Lunch fee is not included in the tour price.
