Why Nonthaburi Countryside ride is special ?
This is the perfect "get out of Bangkok for a while" tour and still get back, relaxed, refreshed and in time to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city night life.
What to explore at Nonthaburi Countryside ride?
We meet at 8.45 a.m. at the Just Nok shop for a quick bike
fitting and briefing before heading out for a day of relaxed
We start with a leisurely ride over the magnificent Rama 8
bridge before taking little alleyways through an old community.
Once out of Bangkok we are immediately in countryside environment where the first couple of stops are at a meditation temple in the forest and then another temple along the canal. This temple must have been inspired by the story of Noah's Ark.
We continue cycling through the jungle stoping frequenty for photos or to just chat to the locals. After a delicious Thai lunch we continue on to another temple in the forest where you have the opportunity to make your own souviner. The final stop is a near 300 year old temple, overgrown by vines. Following this stop, we head on back to Bangkok this time crossing the river by ferry.
