I have been coming to Mea Culpa since 2009 and found the place to be a well run, friendly outpost to weigh anchor for a few nights. Its just a little off the main part of Kampot, but its only a short walk. They do good breakfasts, although not included in the room rate but the pizzas are excellent. It had been a few years since I left Cambodia, so our return was a homecoming of sorts. Kampot and MC remain home-from-home.
