Why Market 39 is special ?
Market 39 unites the best of east and west in a buffet and a la acrte dining experience. The restaurant specializes in a boutique selection of appetizers, and both imported and locally sourced seafood. Seven open interactive kitchens showcase the sights, sounds and smells of traditional and creative international cuisine being prepared by skilled chefs.
Also renowned for their hearty breakfast spread, the long buffet counter is stacked with baskets of warm, soft bread, pancakes and waffles, cold cuts, and a noodle station of local speciality Pho and Bun Bo Hue soups prepared with prime quality beef. Diners can choose from a Continental or American-style breakfast with farm fresh eggs any style – options include scrambled with smoked salmon, herbs and cream cheese; or boiled or poached with tomato, bacon, wild mushrooms and chicken sausage. Freshly squeezed orange, bottomless freshly brewed coffee, teas. The only challenge is deciding where to start.

Reviews
Market 39, which is located on the ground floor of InterContinental Asiana Saigon, is really the best for its breakfast spread! It has a variety of different cuisine, especially Vietnamese, to satisfy your appetite, including delicious pho, delectable glass noodles, fruits, pastries and much more! We were not disappointed! We had plenty of tasty things from all round the world, including Korean, Japanese, Chinese and more! They have Western and Asian breakfasts too, but I prefer local breakfast because you can really get to know Vietnam food properly. Overall Market 39 is a great place to go to and it's a must-try in Saigon!
