Why Langham Place is special ?

Located in the heart of Mong Kok, Kowloon, Langham Place Shopping Mall is one of the most creative malls in Hong Kong. It is an original architectural complex with the total area of ~56,000 square meters. But Langham Place is not only a shopping mall. It is a business and commercial complex, which also includes office tower occupying 59 floors and Langham Place Hotel, a five-star hotel with a swimming pool on the roof. Shanghai Street separates the HOTEL AND the office tower from the shopping mall. Surrounded by low buildings, Langham Place rises above them and thus can be seen from afar.

What to explore at Langham Place?

The shopping mall comprises around 200 shops occupying 15 floors, where visitors can buy popular inexpensive brands, like H&M or Muji as well as local brands. It is a good place to buy clothing, shoes, personal care, jewelry and watches. In addition, there is a wide selection of restaurants and a food court on the 4th floor.

How to get to Langham Place?

It is easy accessible by the MTR or taxi. Take the MTR to get to Mongkok station (Red line - Tsuen Wan Line). Get out of the station trough Exit C3, which is linked directly with the shopping mall.

stayed at the Langham place hotel and so walked through this mall several times a day, and things are overpriced! I went further afield two stops on the MTR North and bought a pair of shoes for a quarter of the price that I saw them in Langham mall . this mall caters for the young people in HK and they all congregate there in the evening, going up and down the many escalators using their personal devices. Youde be pushed to get a seat in any cafĂŠ

We visited this shopping centre on many occasions during our stay in Hong Kong to shop, eat and the venture further a field. Our Hotel bus stops here on the half hour every hour. These is a hotel also on site. Close to the Ladies market also. Mixture of shops here although some are in the higher price bracket. Congregation place for the young people in Hong Kong. 13 floors of shopping and restaurants. Restaurants mainly located on lever 4,11 & 13., although coffee shops ice creameries were scattered throughout the levels. We ate at 3 of the restaurants, had coffee and ice cream at others and did some shopping, although the markets were cheaper for clothes shoes etc and a lot of the clothes suited the younger shopper.Worth a visit to ride the extra long escalator to the top floor, restaurant level and to watch the younger generation of Hong Kong.
