Tips for you
If you are on a tight budget and need something to do either by your self, as a couple or with kids than stop here. Why? Because its free!! It’s a chance to get away from all the hustle and bustle from the city and just enjoy nature. There is a small museum before you go start the walk which talks about consumerism and the different types of plants and trees. Best part is the canopy walk. I think my husband and I had more fun than the kids. It does get very hot in there so make sure you take plenty of water and dress appropriate as there are many mosquito. We easily spent 2.5 hours in there taking different paths and getting lost. Tips: Plenty of water, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent and take your time.
Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve is one of the oldest permanent forest reserves in the country in the middle of a bustling metropolis and is the only remaining tropical rainforest in the heart of the city.
