The Educational restaurant is currently under renovation, so the Pousada restaurant adjacent to the Posada de Mong Ha is being used. Relaxed atmosphere decorated with Portuguese tile panels and decorations. Students working in the restaurant are well supported by supervisors. The food was well presented and excellent. Large selection of Portuguese wines. Tables well spaced so quiet conversation with friends possible? Thoroughly recommend.

We were in Macau for 3 days, and had had this restaurant in our sights for some time. During the booking process (email) we felt we were take good care of. We selected the tasting menu, which had a familiar taste to it - sort of a homely bouquet :o) The food was well prepared and presented. Only the waiters performance revealed that this was a school as much as a restaurant. The staff was nice, polite and really made us feel welcome. If you seek a haute cuisine and are willing to pay for it, this my not be your choice. But, if need a well prepared meal at a very decent price - this is the choice for you. And the little hiccups, just gave way for a few smiles. Regarding the homely bouquet: The head chef (Hans Rasmussen) had designed the casting menu as some of our "national" dishes with a twist - just what we needed
