Start Ho Chi Minh City at 7:30am to HCM Agricultural Villages 8:45am

- Visiting  HCM Agricultural Villages from 8:45am – 10:00am

• Divide the Big group to small group and Choose the Team Leader for each group
  
• Demonstration how to make different Kinds of Mushrooms and What reason we have the Organic farm
  
• Visiting Cow areas
  
• Visiting Buffalo Areas
  
• Visiting Rice Fields
  
• Visiting Fish, prawn, chicken, duck areas
  
• Visiting Big Herbs, Spices, Vegetables and Mushrooms areas
  

Theory Section :10am -10:15am

• All different group will listen and Remember everything about Organic Farm then we apply theory Test
  
• We will give out 15 questions cover all the Things about our Organic Farm
  
• The Best group will be the group who answer many correct answer from us
  

Farming Activities :10:15am -11:00am

• Grow Up the Rice Fields
  

We will do demonstration and the team leader of each group will be lead all their member work well to get the best result by our requirement ( The Best consistency and The Fastest Group )

• Group Up Vegetables
  

We will do demonstration and the team leader of each group will be lead all their member work well to get the best result by our requirement ( The Best consistency and The Fastest Group )

 Cooking time : 11:00am -12:00pm

• Watching Cooking Demonstration for 1 dish( Fresh Spring roll with prawn and Pork  )
  
• Giving out Cooking Mission for each Team Leader
  
• Challenges on the Garden( Pick up all ingredients they need for cooking fresh spring rolls  and then apply for Cooking Challenges

• BBQ and Activitivies on The Night 5:00pm -8:30pm
  
• Enjoying some great activities such as Catch up Snails ,harvest some Sweet Potato ,corn , Tapioca ,eggplants…
  
• Do some stuffed for BBQ following the Master Chefs
  
• Enjoying Bonfire Night
  

Back in Accommodation and Rest for Night After 8:30pm

Day 2 :

Start at 7:30am in HCM Agricultural Villages

Enjoying Breakfast Time with Famous Chicken / Beef Noodle Soup 7:30am -8:30am

Visit Local Market :8:30am -9:30am

• Understand different kinds of fruits, seafood, meats and dry stock in the market
  
•  Buy some ingredients or souvenirs at a low cost when following our local guides if you want
  
• Compare the difference between organic and normal ingredients that are sold in the market
  
• See behind the price building of farming products, the price the farmer gets for his goods and the price the middlemen sells it for in the cities
  

Visit Rice Papers Villages and Rubber Tree forest 9:30pm-10:30pm

• Understanding how to make rice Papers and get hands to make rice papers if you want
  
• Exploring the Big Rubber tree forest and Understanding how the Local people Collect The Latex 
  

 Visit Cu Chi Tunnels  10:30pm -12:30pm

• Watching a presentation video
  
• Getting to see the tunnels and discover how these tunnels were constructed
  
• Visiting Hoang Cam's smoke-less store
  
• Trying gun shooting with real bullets (fees not included)
  
• Tasting boiled tapioca, drinking hot tea

• Enjoying Nice Vietnamese Bread stuffed with BBQ Pork /BBQ Chicken / BBQ Beef
  
• Dig the fish Lake 8:30am -11:00am
  
• Contribute to help us dig The Lake to Feed the Fish then all the students get the Baby fish
  
• put in the New Lake that They made
  

Do some fun and IQ Games 11:00am -12:00pm

Enjoying Lunch from 12:00pm -1:00pm

• Enjoying special set Menu with 7 dishes from us
  
• Mushrooms Activities from 1:00pm – 2:30pm
  
• Watching the Biologist to make the Mushrooms Bottle then apply to make it following our guides
  
• Apply the Process to add DNA with Tapioca Stick in The Mushrooms Bottle that they Make Before
  
• Take away the Mushrooms Bottle and Exciting to wait their Mushrooms come up   in Next 4 weeks time
  

Back in Ho chi Minh city at 4:00pm
